Joseon Sunscreen – Everyone knows how important it is to wear sunscreen daily, especially in Singapore, where the UV index is high all year round. But heavy, sticky sunscreens can be a turnoff in Singapore’s hot and muggy weather. Thus, it makes sense that people choose lightweight sunscreens here.

With the rise in popularity of sunscreen use, Korean sunscreens have taken the world by storm. Skin health, hyperpigmentation, and aging in general are now more critical issues than just skin cancer. The majority of sunscreens have a chalky texture and a white cast. Producing a high-quality sunscreen is particularly difficult and costly, especially for brands. Coconut oil should be the first ingredient on your list when looking for sunscreen if the composition seems too good to be true. But that was altered by Korean Sunscreens.

They introduced some of the most exquisite sunscreens in appearance, and the market was quite diverse. Since they don’t make you look like a white ghost, people of color can use them without hesitation. Because of its confirmed SPF rating, this Beauty of Joseon Sunscreen has become increasingly popular recently. Additionally, it has rice extract, a well-known skin-brightening component frequently found in Korean skincare products. I recently purchased this sunscreen; this is my review of it. Find out more about it by reading on.

Review of Beauty of Joseon Sunscreen:

  • The beauty of Joseon Relief in Packaging Sun is packaged in a white plastic tube with a screw-top lid. When you squeeze the product, it comes out very quickly and appropriately. The packaging has a beautiful appearance and fits perfectly in the cabinet. I genuinely enjoy the Beauty of Joseon Sunscreen’s overall product design.
  • Texture: The cream texture is light and applies flawlessly. It quickly absorbs into the skin and blends in. If you live somewhere humid, applying sunscreen first thing in the morning is best since you won’t need a moisturizer afterward. This sunscreen maintains the skin’s softness by providing enough moisture.
  • Fragrance: The Beauty Of Joseon Sunscreen is a sunscreen without any fragrance. Yes, it lives up to the hype. There is no distinct scent associated with the product. Amazingly, I can’t even begin to explain how they did that.

My Experience:

I’m completely in love with this sunscreen. Before this sunscreen, I always believed sunscreens left my skin dark and lifeless. However, my skin still looks bright and clear after the sun’s peak hours. I would have considered it my perfect sunscreen if it had been waterproof.

After using this excellent sunscreen, my skin feels incredibly soft and supple. It is beautifully absorbed, and there is neither stickiness nor dryness. My redness has vanished for the day, and my pores appear blurry. This sunscreen has a non-greasy, dewy finish. Summertime moisturizer is unnecessary for me, and this product combines moisturizer and sunscreen. The white cast is not left behind.

This sunscreen doesn’t pill or anything; I’ve worn makeup. It looks fantastic when applying makeup. It is not sweatproof or water-resistant, though. When I sweat, I can see it streaming down my cheeks. Reapplication is simple and takes only a few minutes to complete. Those with oily skin types may need to use a lot of powder when applying this sunscreen.

I adore how many skin-beneficial ingredients sunscreen contains, like niacinamide and rice extract, which brighten the skin and work wonders for controlling acne. Antioxidants like vitamin E and green tea are also abundant in it. Sensitive skin types can use this sunscreen because it is free of essential oils, alcohol, and fragrances.

Furthermore, the brand claims on its website that it has been tested in over two labs in Korea and Spain and that its SPF value is 50 or higher.
Normal, dry, and combination skin types can benefit from the Beauty Of Joseon Sunscreen. It will help oily skin in the winter; in the summer, it won’t.

Pros:

  1. Modern UV filters combined with chemical sunscreen provide broad-spectrum protection.
  2. Certified to have a high SPF rating after being evaluated by impartial labs.
  3. It contains many skin-beneficial ingredients, such as Niacinamide, Glycerin, Rice Extracts, and Green Tea Extracts.
  4. Because of its moisturizing formula, it functions as a sunscreen and moisturizer.
  5. It blends quickly and doesn’t leave the skin feeling greasy or streaky.
  6. It gives my skin a clear, radiant appearance.
  7. With repeated applications, sunburns were avoided, even during peak hours.
  8. In summary, sunscreen and moisturizer.
  9. It looks excellent without makeup.

Cons:

  1. Not everyone may benefit from rice extract.
  2. It might be a tad too moisturizing if you have incredibly oily skin.
  3. Not sweat- or waterproof-proof.
  4. Quite pricey for a 50-milliliter product.
  5. Availability could be a problem.

Ratings – Five out of five, Would I suggest it? If you have the money to spend on a half-month supply of sunscreen, then yes, I would recommend this product. It’s undoubtedly a fantastic sunscreen.
